At Turnbull Coaching and Consulting, LLC, we are driven by a vision to inspire and transform. Our mission is twofold: to empower young minds within the special education community and to guide women on a journey of personal growth and resilience. Through targeted services, including one-on-one and group coaching, parent advocacy, and professional development, we focus on building resilience and positivity in youth and young adults aged 12-18, helping them overcome adversities and create lives of independence and success.

Michelle Turnbull is the epitome of an outstanding Educator. My son Jalen had the pleasure of Michelle's leadership as Dean throughout middle school. Whenever I needed to address issues, Ms. Turnbull was always accommodating. She was always genuinely concerned and caring.
